Is this a gift card program?
No. Full Belli does not sell or use gift cards, and you do not need a gift card add-on for your POS or anything else with a monthly fee. Supporters fund meals on Full Belli, and Full Belli pays you directly for each meal a student picks up, the same as any other paid order.
Do I need to connect Full Belli to my POS?
No. Nothing installs on your POS and there is no integration. Your staff confirm a student's code in your Full Belli account, on any phone, tablet, or computer you already have.
Is Full Belli a delivery app?
No. Students always pick up their meal in person at your counter.
What do students order?
Only the one meal you choose to offer. Students do not order from your full menu, so your kitchen always knows exactly what a Full Belli order is.
What price should I set?
Whatever a walk-in customer pays for that dish, tax included. That exact amount is what you are paid for every one you serve.
How do I ring it up in my POS?
Ring the dish up at its normal menu price, like any walk-in order, and mark it paid with a "Full Belli" payment type. Most POS systems let you add a custom payment type in their settings. Please do not ring it up as $0 or as a comp. You are paid for the meal, so recording the full sale keeps your sales, inventory, and deposits matching.
Who pays the sales tax?
It is already inside the price you set, so your payout covers it. You report it the same way you report tax on any other sale.
Does Full Belli charge restaurants anything?
No. There are no fees and no commission. You are paid the full price you set for every meal served.
How do I get paid?
Full Belli uses Stripe to handle payments. You add your bank details directly with Stripe, and Full Belli never sees them. The moment your staff confirm a code, Full Belli sends the full price of that meal to your Stripe account, and Stripe deposits your balance into your bank account once a week.
Can I control how many meals I serve?
Yes. You set a daily limit. Once it is reached, no new reservations are taken for the rest of the day.
What if a student reserves and never shows up?
Their code expires after an hour and the meal goes back to being available. You are only paid for meals you actually serve, and you never serve one without a confirmed code.
